The planter box itself looks great and the quality of the metal box seems very nice. However, the assembly instructions for the legs are confusing and outdated, which made the setup process frustrating.
The instructions say that screws are included and required to assemble the legs, which led me to believe that I had received the wrong set of legs or that hardware was missing. After spending time trying to figure it out, I ended up reading other reviews and realized that the instructions are for an older version of the product. That really shouldn’t happen customers shouldn’t have to read reviews online to understand how to assemble something.
Because of this, it’s not immediately clear that the planter box simply sits on the frame without being secured. It took a while to understand that the instructions didn’t match the model I received. I’m also a bit concerned that the box isn’t actually attached to the frame, since it seems like it could be knocked off accidentally.
On top of that, the plastic connectors inside the posts broke during normal assembly, which now makes the planter unusable.
I’ve contacted customer service about this issue and attached photos, and I’m hoping to receive a response and replacement parts as soon as possible.

This is a good lookin planter for being made of plastic, and I like the contrast between the stand and the planter (I got the white one) but the instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to take the stand partially apart to get the bottom “rods” where they needed to be- also the short rods are not interchangeable. And as the title said, they did NOT include the screws. Overall disappointing for what they charge.

Disappointing for the price. The box was missing the correct leg pieces and there were no screws included at all (could tell what was missing based on the assembly instructions). We ended up rigging it and drilling our own holes in the legs to make it work.
