we want your outdoor space to feel perfect.

That’s why we offer a 30-day free* return policy on all Veradek orders. If you decide that a piece isn’t quite right for whatever reason, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

To initiate a return, please click here. If you would like to return multiple items, you will have to submit a separate return request for each item. When doing so, please allow at least two minutes in between requests to ensure that you receive all labels. 

*Free returns do not apply to B2B or wholesale orders.

eligible returns

You may return most eligible items – for whatever reason – up to 30 days from the date of delivery.  All returned products must be in unused, as-new condition.

packaging

Products should be returned in their original packaging. On the outside the box, simply remove the old shipping label and attach the new one. On the inside, include your printed invoice slip and/or contact information, order number, and reason for return.

Please note that we can provide free, pre-paid shipping labels to make the process easier. To start the process, click here. If you choose to ship on your own account, we recommend that you choose a shipping method that is trackable.

Misuse of the return policy will result in returns fees under Veradek's discretion. 

holiday returns

Orders placed up until January 4th, 2025 can be returned free of charge within 60 days of the purchase date. All other return conditions apply. 

refunds

Once we receive your package, it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition in the original packaging, we will issue a refund less return shipping fees.

If the item was purchased as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit less return shipping fees. 

For items purchased during a “free gift with purchase” promotion, all items including the gifted product must be returned for a full refund. If you choose to keep the free gift, we will adjust your refund amount less the value of the gift.
