Our Trade Program does not offer free shipping; however, we optimize shipping rates so you receive the best price available. This approach helps reduce total costs and delivers better overall value.
At this time, no additional discounts or coupon codes apply, as B2B pricing already reflects our best available rates.
We can hold orders for up to 1 week prior to shipment. Please note that shipping quotes are valid for 10 days, after which they will need to be requoted.
Orders are packed within up to 2 business days. Orders consisting of the same product typically require less packing time.
LTL orders typically require additional handling and coordination. Please allow 3–4 business days for packing and preparation before the order is ready for pickup or shipment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. As our warehouse is based in Hamilton ON, transit times are calculated from there. Kindly note that your items will ship out once payment is received.
Skid quantities depend on the specific products being ordered, as sizes, weights, and packaging vary.

At this time, we don’t offer moving or placement services. Our courier will deliver your order to the loading dock (where available), and any moving or setup afterward will be the customer’s responsibility.
