I purchase this and all the holes on one 2 of the brackets are too big. Reached out to CS who quickly responded (within 24 hours) and have processed a new order to be shipped out to me.. 5 stars for the customer service, however, my first set should not have passed quality control.

I finally got to put the bracket together but the holes don't match up in step 1. One bracket is fine, but the holes in the second bracket don't match up. I hope to get a replacement set.
