This company must have had a mission to make a good quality product. The piece is weighty for sturdiness, material is good, design is great. Instructions could have been a little better, didn't quite explain where some screws went, and there were a couple holes on the horizontal contact points between the three panels that didn't get screws. But overall very happy with it.

The panels themselves are beautiful. Set up is relatively easy. We’ve purchased four in total so far. The reason I didn’t rate five stars is because of the shipping. Each time the panels have shipped, the boxes have been destroyed. The last box shipped had a hole and we were missing the nuts and bolts package to assemble the panel. Customer service was great, but we had to wait a week for the package to assemble our new panel. My suggestion would be to secure the ends of the packaging with shipping tape to withstand the weight of the panel.I will be purchasing additional panels, as they are beautiful and allow the perfect amount of privacy and light.
