Bracket arrived with no instructions. The window box arrived twisted the liner would not snap inside the main box. Toll free number is useless. Says to go on line. Well everyone does not go on line. We're poor customer service a waste of time. No have to bow up and fine a FedEx drop off outlet.

My wife ordered the window boxes from a big box store. When then came in, I was super impressed. Solid, well thought out construction. Box inserts to allow you to remove them and work on the flowers and then put them back. Drain holes with plugs if you don’t want them to drain. I ordered the brackets, even though there were cheaper ones available, because I was so impressed with the boxes. When they came in, equally impressed.
They are now mounted in the second story windows of our cape cod style home. Very happy with the purchase.
