ingredients:

  • 1 c fresh mango, about 2 large mangoes, diced
  • 1 c plain yogurt
  • ½ c milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon or cardamom
  • saffron for garnish (optional)


mango lassi


instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine mangoes, yoghurt, milk and honey until thick and smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass. Garnish with cinnamon or cardamom or saffron.
