Seasonal June Recipe: Featuring Mango

- 1 c fresh mango, about 2 large mangoes, diced
- 1 c plain yogurt
- ½ c milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon or cardamom
- saffron for garnish (optional)
- In a blender, combine mangoes, yoghurt, milk and honey until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a glass. Garnish with cinnamon or cardamom or saffron.
