The name "chocolate orange" is based on the brown color of the peel.



ingredients:

  • 8 ripe strawberries, washed and de-stemmed
  • juice of 2 chocolate oranges (or regular oranges)
  • 1 tsp honey or to taste
  • 1 bottle cava, chilled




Did You Know?

The taste of a chocolate navel orange is sweeter than normal oranges. Chocolate navel oranges are also less sour to the taste compared to regular oranges. 


instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend strawberries with the freshly squeezed chocolate orange juice and honey. 

  2. Pour 2oz of the mixture into a glass and top with cava. Enjoy!
