ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ inch cucumber wheel
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh basil
  • sparkling water





instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle basil and cucumber together.  
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients with ice. Shake well. 
  3. Strain drink into a fresh glass with ice, top with sparkling water.
    Garnish with lemon rind and fresh basil.
